We ask for an emergency contact name and phone number so that, in the event of an accident or medical emergency during a group ride or event, we can quickly notify someone on your behalf.

I consent to Stortford Early Birds storing my emergency contact's name and phone number, and sharing these details with designated group administrators and ride leaders only in the event of an emergency involving me during group activities.
